Adam'S Mark Hotel & Conference Center, Kansas City

We had a wonderful time at this hotel, especially with our family enjoying the nearby water park. The staff, particularly Donielli and Tomas, were outstanding in ensuring our comfort. However, the issues with billing left a sour note on our experience. The hotel has great amenities for families, but some renovations are much needed in certain areas.

My stay at the hotel was far from satisfactory. The location was convenient for attending the game, but I encountered numerous issues during my stay. The room was outdated and not cleaned properly, which left a lot to be desired. The staff could have been more helpful in addressing my concerns, and it took far too long to get any resolutions. Overall, I wouldn't recommend staying here unless necessary.
